Last chance - We have been receiving funding from Babergh District Council which enabled us to offer free inductions in the Fitness Studio for disabled, retired and people on benefits up to the end of March 2010, if you are in receipt benefits and think you may qualify then please give us a call 01206 299340. Our grant will be halved from April 1 2010 which means we will have to make a small charge to people in these groups and will be reviewing all our prices as we usually do at this time of year.
Astro Turf - The all weather floodlit astro turf training pitch for Football, Hockey has been completed, we are just waiting for final permission to use the facility, contact the Centre if your team is interested in booking with us.
Dodgeball - Started Tues 25 January 2010 6 - 7pm contact Babergh District Council's Sports Development Unit who are behind the plan to run free sessions of Dodgeball.
Diddy Football - A fun activity for children aged 3 1/2 - 5 years. They can learn new skills, improve balance, co-ordination and confidence, each 4 week course costs £14 per child 2 SPACES AVAILABLE ON THE NEXT COURSE which will runTuesdays in March 5.15 - 6pm.
Basketball - The popular Basketball session has moved to 5 - 6pm on Friday nights, pay and play £1.50 per session (first session free) for young people 9 years and upwards started November 2009. A Basketball Day Camp in February half term will launch a 6 - 7pm session for teens the week following half term.
Trampoline Course - We have places on Saturday mornings 9 - 10 and 10 - 11am for people who would like to get better at Trampolining.

Thanks to a grant from Babergh DC we have an excellent piece of equipment which is suitable for people of all standards and abilities of fitness. It is especially good for people with MS and other conditions but is also an excellent conditioning tool for able bodied people who want to increase their balance and core fitness.
